Tips Helpful Tips

  • Synergy 3570 only: Cylinder code N designates this for the Synergy 3570 Series. For Selector 3770, order the NS variant (20213NS) instead.
  • No lever on exterior: Entry via the emergency turn is not standard - this suits push doors or installations with a separate access device. For exterior lever entry, refer to Function 14 (Privacy Indicating Emergency Turn and Lever).
  • Right Hand only: If left hand is required, contact us for availability.
  • Emergency release: Open from outside using a coin, flat tool or dedicated release key without damaging the furniture.
  • Exterior plate: Pairs with a 203 Series interior plate (round corner) - not 201 Series (square corner). Interior plate must use visible fixings.
  • Thick doors: For 45-55mm doors specify long fixing screws SP2000-208 separately.
  • Non-returnable: Confirm lock series and handing before ordering.
