The Lockwood 202 Series Exterior Plate with Cylinder and Lever 98 is part of the distinguished Artefact range of round corner plate door furniture - designed, assembled and customised in Australia for the Australian market. This exterior plate combines a Lockwood 570 Series oval cylinder hole with a Lever 98, providing keyed entry access and lever operation on commercial and institutional entry doors.
The cylinder must be ordered separately as it is not included. The Artefact 200 Series with lever meets AS1428.1-2009 requirements. For a wider selection of finishes in the same cylinder and lever configuration, refer to the Lever 96 variant (20201NA/96) which is available in six finishes including Marine Grade, Polished Brass and Satin Brass. This Lever 98 variant is available in Satin Stainless Steel only.

- Cylinder not included: This plate accepts a Lockwood 570 Series oval cylinder (32mm H x 18mm W) but the cylinder is not supplied - order separately to suit your key system.
- Lever 96 vs Lever 98: The Lever 96 version (20201NA/96) is available in six finishes including Marine Grade, Polished Brass, Satin Brass and more. This Lever 98 version is Satin Stainless Steel only.
- Exterior plate - pairs with 203 Series: This is the outside face plate. It must be paired with a 203 Series interior plate (round corner) - not a 201 Series. The interior plate must use visible fixings.
- Handing: Determined by which side the hinges are on when facing the door from outside. Left hand = hinges on the left.
- 202 vs 200 Series: The 202 Series has 10mm radius round corners. For square corners refer to the equivalent 200 Series plate.
- Thick doors: For doors 45-55mm, order long fixing screws SP2000-208 separately.
- Non-returnable: Confirm finish and handing before ordering - this item cannot be returned once purchased.

- Everbrass finishes: up to 25 years against corrosion, tarnishing and discolouration.
- Stainless steel, polished stainless steel, chrome plating and anodised finishes: typically up to 10 years.
- Decorative finishes including Antique Copper, Architectural Bronze, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Aged Brass, Polished Brass, Satin Brass and related variants: typically up to 2 years against corrosion.
- Unlacquered brass finishes will naturally age and change appearance over time. This is not considered a defect.
- Tea staining of stainless steel is not covered where cleaning and maintenance have not been followed.

- Assessment by ASSA ABLOY to determine repair, replacement with the same or closest equivalent product, or refund of purchase price.

Lockwood warranties operate in addition to rights available under the Australian Consumer Law. Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Customers may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Where a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not amount to a major failure, the customer is entitled to repair or replacement.
