Wolflok WFK001FK XL Security Screws & Wall Plugs

The Wolflok WFK001FK is the official XL security screw and wall plug kit for the Wolflok Pro (960071). Four 100mm screws and four matching wall plugs achieve LPS1175 Issue 8 B1 security certification — a higher rating than the standard A10 kit — when the Wolflok Pro is mounted on brick, concrete, stone, or rendered walls (render up to 20mm deep).

The WFK001FK is included in every Wolflok Pro box alongside the standard WFK311 screws. Both kits are in the box so the installer can choose the appropriate fixing for the substrate. If you need a replacement set, or if you are relocating your Wolflok Pro and want to reinstall to the B1 standard, the WFK001FK is the correct part to order.

Key Features

  • Achieves LPS1175 Issue 8 B1 security rating — higher than A10 — on brick, concrete, stone, and rendered walls
  • 4 x 100mm (3.93") heavy-duty screws with 4 x matching wall plugs
  • The only fixing kit that achieves B1 certification on rendered walls (render up to 20mm deep)
  • Supplied as standard with every Wolflok Pro (960071) — this listing is for replacement sets
  • Single-use design — screws must not be reused after removal
  • Not recommended for single-skin walls (may cause damage) — use WFK311 standard screws instead
  • Not suitable for wood installations

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between A10 and B1, and why does it matter?

Both are LPS1175 Issue 8 security ratings from the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB). B1 is a higher rating than A10 — it requires the product to resist a sustained attack for a longer duration using tools commonly carried by intruders. For most residential applications A10 (WFK311 screws) is sufficient. For commercial, security service, or high-risk applications, the B1 rating achieved with WFK001FK provides a stronger level of certified protection.

Can I use the WFK001FK on a single-skin wall?

No. The WFK001FK XL screws and wall plugs may cause structural damage to single-skin walls. For single-skin walls use the WFK311 Standard Security Screws instead, which achieve A10 on single-skin substrates.

My wall is rendered — which screws do I need?

For rendered masonry with render up to 20mm deep, the WFK001FK (this product) is the correct kit and achieves B1 certification on the Wolflok Pro. The WFK311 standard screws are not recommended for rendered surfaces. Confirm the render depth before purchasing — if render exceeds 20mm, contact Gold Coast Smart Locks for advice.

Is the WFK001FK included in the Wolflok Pro box?

Yes. Every Wolflok Pro (960071) ships with both the WFK311 standard screws (A10) and the WFK001FK XL screws and wall plugs (B1). This listing is for replacement sets when the original kit is exhausted or lost.

What tools do I need for WFK001FK installation?

A 4mm (5/32") masonry drill bit at least 110mm long for pilot holes, an 8mm (5/16") masonry drill bit at least 110mm long for the wall plug holes, a T30 Torx screwdriver, a hammer to press wall plugs flush, and a standard drill. The AP003 Fitting Pack (8mm masonry bit + 4mm masonry pilot bit + T30 Torx bit) is available separately if required.

Additional Information

Installation Rules That Affect the B1 Security Rating
LPS1175 B1 requires strict compliance with the Wolflok Pro installation instructions. Key rules: drill into the brick face, never into mortar; maintain a minimum of 150mm from any edge or corner; the unit must sit flat to the wall; for cavity walls, check for pipes, cables, and insulation before drilling the 8mm holes; use the supplied paper marking template rather than the unit itself as a guide; press wall plugs flush before driving screws. If you are unsure whether DIY installation is appropriate for your wall type, see our guide to when DIY installation is appropriate.
Screws Are Single-Use
Like the standard WFK311 screws, the WFK001FK screws are single-use. Do not reuse them after removal. A fresh set is required any time the Wolflok Pro is relocated or reinstalled. Reusing screws compromises pull-out resistance and cannot maintain the LPS1175 B1 rating.

How to Make a Claim

For full returns and warranty claim procedures, visit our Returns & Warranty page — this is kept up to date and is the authoritative reference for current claim steps.
  1. Contact Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries (trading as Gold Coast Smart Locks) in the first instance — do not contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
  2. Have your proof of purchase ready (order confirmation or receipt).
  3. Describe the fault clearly, including the product model (Wolflok or Wolflok Pro) and when the issue first appeared.
  4. If directed to return the product, ensure it is securely packaged. Do not attempt disassembly — this may void the warranty.

Extend Your Warranty to 5 Years — Free Registration

It's worth taking 2 minutes to register your Wolflok.
Registering extends the mechanical parts warranty from 2 years to 5 years at no cost. The registration form at wolflok.com/product-registration is set up for Australian buyers — just select Australia as your country, enter your product model and date of purchase, and you're done. No registration deadline is stated, so you can register at any time after purchase.

Note: The 5-year extension applies to mechanical parts only. The illumination module remains covered for 2 years regardless of registration, and batteries are excluded from all warranty coverage.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under the Wolflok warranty:

  • Damage caused by modification of the product — any modification voids warranty
  • Damage resulting from installation not carried out in accordance with the supplied instructions (including use of incorrect fixings or surface types)
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Batteries (user-replaceable consumables)
  • The illumination module beyond 2 years (not covered under the 5-year extended registration)
  • Damage caused by conditions beyond the product's rated operating range

Important Notes

Correct installation is required to maintain warranty coverage.
The product must be installed and used as described in the supplied instruction manual. Security accreditation (LPS 1175) may also be invalidated if incorrect fixings or surface types are used. Do not reuse screws if reinstalling — contact your supplier for replacement fixings.

No master or reset code exists. Wolflok key lock boxes have no master or reset code function. Lost codes cannot be recovered by the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer.
