Lockwood 201 Interior Square Corner Plate – Lever 98 | Artefact Series
The Lockwood 201 Series Interior Plate with Lever 98 is part of the premium Artefact range of square corner plate door furniture — designed, assembled and customised in Australia for the Australian market. This lever-only configuration (no cylinder, no turnknob) provides free, unimpeded egress from the interior side and pairs back-to-back with the 200 Series exterior plate.
The 201 plate shares the same 162 × 162mm square corner profile as the full Artefact 200 Series range and is compatible with Lockwood Selector 3770 and Synergy 3570 Series Mortice Locks, latches, and push/pull doors. This variant is supplied in Satin Stainless Steel in both left and right hand.
Lever 98 is one of two levers offered specifically for the Artefact 200 Series plate range. The 200 Series with lever is confirmed to meet the requirements of AS1428.1-2009 (Design for Access and Mobility), making this suitable for DDA-compliant installations.

Helpful Tips
- Interior plate only: The 201 Series is always the inside plate — pair with a 200 Series exterior plate.
- Lever 96 vs Lever 98: Both levers are offered for the 200 Series plate range. If you require a broader choice of finishes on the interior plate, the Lever 96 variant is available in Marine Grade, Natural Anodised, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Polished Stainless Steel, Satin Brass and Satin Stainless Steel.
- Lever only — no locking function: This configuration provides free passage from the interior. If privacy or locking is needed inside, consider the turnknob & lever variant (Function 04).
- Handing: Determined by which side the hinges are on when facing the door from outside. Left hand = hinges on the left.
- Thick doors: For doors 45–55mm, order long fixing screws SP2000-208 separately.
- Fixing: If the outside plate is concealed fixed, the inside plate must be visible fixed.
- Non-returnable: Confirm handing before ordering — this item cannot be returned once purchased.
