  • Is this plate suitable for fire doors?
Suitability depends on the complete door assembly and the mortice lock used. Fire rating must be confirmed at the door and lock level.
  • Does this include both internal and external plates?
This item is the external plate only. The internal plate and lock components must be ordered separately.
  • What is a common installation mistake to avoid?
Incorrect fixing centre alignment with the mortice lock can prevent proper back-to-back installation. Always confirm lock compatibility before fitting.
