  2. Have your proof of purchase ready. Your original invoice or receipt is required to support any warranty or consumer guarantee claim.
  3. Describe the fault clearly. Include the product name, model or SKU if known, when the fault was first noticed, and how the product was being used at the time.
  4. We will assess and progress your claim. Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries will liaise with LSC on your behalf to arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.
