The Brava Urban Cylindrical Entrance Knob Set TE2 Profile is a domestic grade entrance locking solution designed for residential hinged doors. It features a push-button locking function on the inside, keyed access from the outside, and an adjustable 60 mm / 70 mm backset to suit common Australian door preparations.
Using the Silca TE2 key profile, this range is commonly specified where standard residential keying is required without restricted systems.

How to Make a Claim
- Contact Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries first. All warranty claims must be initiated through us - contact Gold Coast Smart Locks via our Returns & Warranty page with your order details and a description of the fault.
- Have your proof of purchase ready. Your original invoice or receipt is required to support any warranty or consumer guarantee claim.
- Describe the fault clearly. Include the product name, model or SKU if known, when the fault was first noticed, and how the product was being used at the time.
- We will assess and progress your claim. Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries will liaise with LSC on your behalf to arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
