The Brava Urban Cylindrical Entrance Knob Set LW4 Profile is a domestic grade entrance locking solution designed for residential hinged doors. - Contact Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries first. All warranty claims must be initiated through us - contact Gold Coast Smart Locks via our Returns & Warranty page with your order details and a description of the fault.
- Have your proof of purchase ready. Your original invoice or receipt is required to support any warranty or consumer guarantee claim.
- Describe the fault clearly. Include the product name, model or SKU if known, when the fault was first noticed, and how the product was being used at the time.
- We will assess and progress your claim. Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries will liaise with LSC on your behalf to arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.
