Listed in our BDS range, this extended 120mm spindle suits Borg 2000 and 5000 series mechanical digital keypads fitted to a mortice lock through an adaptor kit, such as the BL3582KIT for the 2000 series or the BL50013572K for the 5000 series. It is the extended version of the standard 80mm BLMORTSPDL, for doors thicker than that spindle suits, up to 90mm thick.

Borg mortice lock adaptor kits convert an existing Lockwood 3572 or 3582 mortice lock to keypad entry, one of the retrofit options that keep sound hardware on the door. On a door too thick for the standard spindle, this 120mm length gives the extra reach the keypad needs to operate the lock.

When the door thickness or the adaptor kit set-up needs more length than the standard spindle gives. The standard BLMORTSPDL is 80mm long and suits doors up to 50mm thick; this extended spindle is 120mm long and suits doors up to 90mm thick. Our door thickness guide covers how to measure the door.
