Austral B Connector – ACCBCON
The Austral B Connector (ALACCBCON) is a genuine replacement cable-drive connector used in Austral multi-point cable locking systems.
It suits Austral Elegance and SD7 centrelocks and is required when replacing older HD7 and SD6 triple-point cable-driven locks. The connector ensures correct cable alignment between the centrelock and remote locking mechanisms.
This is a mechanical connector component only. It does not include a lock body, cables, remote locks or strike plates.

Important: This connector is for cable-driven systems only. It is not compatible with rod-operated multipoint locks.
Installation Notes
- A plug must be installed in the top Ø5 drive hole before the connector is assembled.
- Press the connector firmly onto the rear of the centrelock body.
- Ensure connector bosses fully engage into rear housing holes.
- Tap gently to secure – do not bend the connector during assembly.
- Ensure drive wire collar locates correctly into the fork.
- Ensure plastic outer seats firmly into saddle.

Austral Lock products are supplied under the manufacturer's Terms of Guarantee issued by Austral Lock Pty Ltd (part of the Allegion group). These terms define warranty coverage, defect reporting requirements, liability limitations and return conditions for goods supplied through authorised distributors and retailers.

Austral Lock products may include manufacturer warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship where the product has been installed correctly and used under normal operating conditions.
Inspection & Defect Reporting
- Products must be inspected upon delivery.
- Visible damage, shortages or incorrect items should be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- If defects are discovered later they should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.
- The supplier must be given the opportunity to inspect the goods before a claim is processed.
Warranty Limitations
- The supplier does not provide additional warranties beyond those required by law unless explicitly stated.
- Where the product is manufactured by a third party, the warranty may be limited to the original manufacturer’s warranty.
- Remedies may include repair, replacement or refund where permitted by law.
- Warranty coverage may not extend to labour costs or consequential losses.
Common Warranty Exclusions
