McGrath 70mm Backset Fixed Tubular Latch - Stainless Steel - Suits Ascot Smartlocks
This McGrath 70mm fixed backset tubular latch is a mechanical latch designed for smartlock installations that use a 70mm backset. It provides consistent, reliable spring-latch operation for hinged timber and aluminium doors, and is commonly fitted behind McGrath Ascot smartlocks.
This product is a tubular latch only. It does not include any smart lock hardware or electronics.
The fixed 70mm configuration suits doors prepared for a 70mm centre bore. If your door uses a 60mm backset, choose the fixed 60mm latch or the adjustable 60/70mm latch instead.
