- Goods returned under warranty must be freighted prepaid to Allegion.

Exact colour matching to tapware or fixtures from other manufacturers is not guaranteed - variations in tone, texture, and reflectivity are an inherent characteristic of the process and are not considered a defect under the Allegion warranty.
