Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Warranty Coverage

Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Häfele will provide, at its option, a repair, replacement or refund for the hardware component. If a product or component is no longer available and cannot be repaired, Häfele may replace it with a substitute item.
Exclusions
- Slight discrepancies from specifications that do not affect usability
- Damage caused by chemical or electrochemical effects of water
- Damage caused by inappropriate use or environmental conditions
- Products repaired or interfered with by unauthorised persons
- Products fitted with unsuitable supplementary parts or accessories
Important Conditions
- Any replaced parts become the property of Häfele Australia
- Repairs do not extend or restart the warranty period
- Replacement parts are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty
- Warranty is transferable within the applicable warranty period
Claim Process
To claim under this Warranty, return to the supplier where the product was purchased with proof of purchase and documentary evidence of the fault. Evidence may include photographs, receipts, statutory declarations or reports.
Häfele is not responsible for costs incurred in returning the product or providing evidence.
Limitations of Liability
Häfele will not be responsible for consequential damages, including loss of use, inconvenience or damage to personal property. Liability under this Warranty will not exceed the purchase price of the component or its replacement.
This Warranty is provided in addition to statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights implied by law.
