  1. Retain proof of original purchase.
  2. If purchased from an authorised retailer or reseller, return the product securely packed to that seller with claim details and proof of purchase.
  3. If claiming direct with ASSA ABLOY, contact customer service first to provide claim details, organise proof of purchase and obtain a Case Number.
  4. Include proof of purchase in the package and clearly mark the Case Number on the outside.
  5. Products returned without a Case Number may not be accepted.
  6. Warranty assessment determines whether the claim is approved for repair, replacement or refund.
