Frequently Asked Questions
- What does end-load installation mean?
It means the door is offered onto the floor pivot and transom spindle at the same time, allowing the pivot to lock automatically during installation. - Will this suit any transom closer?
It is designed to suit Dormakaba RTS series concealed transom closers. Compatibility with other systems should be confirmed before purchase. - What is a common installation mistake?
Using a top rail that is too shallow or narrow can prevent correct arm installation and lead to binding or premature wear.
Additional Information
- End-load arms are commonly used in aluminium shopfront doors where quick installation and removal are required.
- Correct top rail preparation is critical to ensure smooth operation and avoid stress on the concealed closer mechanism.
- Commonly specified in commercial shopfronts, office entries, and retail door systems across Australian sites.
