Brava OL Cupboard Latch Lock – Locking Up / Down / Left / Right (Less Cylinder)
The Brava OL Cupboard Latch Lock is a commercial-grade latching lock designed for cupboard and cabinet applications requiring a positive latch action rather than a sliding bolt.
This model is fully re-handable and can be configured to lock up, down, left or right, making it suitable for a wide range of door orientations and joinery layouts.
Supplied less cylinder, the lock is designed to accept a Brava PD 8221 cylinder and is commonly specified where restricted keying systems are required.

How to Make a Claim
- Contact Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries first. All warranty claims must be initiated through us - contact Gold Coast Smart Locks via our Returns & Warranty page with your order details and a description of the fault.
- Have your proof of purchase ready. Your original invoice or receipt is required to support any warranty or consumer guarantee claim.
- Describe the fault clearly. Include the product name, model or SKU if known, when the fault was first noticed, and how the product was being used at the time.
- We will assess and progress your claim. Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries will liaise with LSC on your behalf to arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
