BORG BLS1000KB Mechanical Digital Lock Key Blank for the BL1706
The BORG BLS1000KB is an uncut key blank made for the Borg BL1706 mechanical digital cam lock fitted with key override. It is the blank a locksmith cuts to produce a working backup key for the lock's euro-cylinder override - the key that opens the cabinet if the code is forgotten.
It is supplied as a blank and must be cut to your cylinder before it will operate. Because it is made to order for your lock, the BLS1000KB is cut to order and non-returnable. It fits the Borg BL1706 cam lock; for a factory-cut override key rather than a blank, see the BLS1000KEY.
This key blank is supplied as a special order and cannot be returned or refunded once supplied. Please confirm your lock model before ordering.
Key Features
- Uncut key blank for the Borg BL1706 key-override cylinder.
- Cut to your cylinder by a locksmith or authorised key-cutting service.
- A genuine Borg spare - restores or duplicates the mechanical backup key for a code-operated cam lock.
- Supplied blank; made to order and non-returnable.
Compatibility
The BLS1000KB is the key blank for the Borg BL1706 Mechanical Digital Cam Lock with Key Override and Easicode Pro. The BL1706 pairs an Easicode Pro keypad with a euro-cylinder key override; this blank replaces or duplicates that override key. The sister BL1006 cam lock has no key override and does not use this blank.
The BLS1000KB is a blank for a locksmith to cut. If you want a key cut to order and ready to use, choose the BLS1000KEY override key instead. Not sure which you need? Ask us via advice and installation.
