Introducing the Vault Smart Lock Range
Compare the full Vault lineup in one place — product links, PDF manuals, finish palettes, looping 360 videos, and clear identification of the face-recognition models.
The Vault smart lock range covers a wide spread of door types and applications — from slimline narrow-door locks and frameless glass sliders through to lever handles, push-pull entry hardware, and wired access control systems for electric-strike doors.
Across the range you will find combinations of fingerprint access, PIN code entry, RFID credentials, Bluetooth app control, and optional Wi-Fi functionality via the Vault G5 Gateway. Selected models also include 3D facial recognition — these are highlighted throughout the guide so they can be identified at a glance.
This guide covers:
- All current Vault smart lock and access control models
- Which models include face recognition (flagged clearly on each card)
- Available finishes for every model
- Direct links to product pages and downloadable PDF manuals
- Looping 360-degree videos where available
- Compatible accessories including mortice bodies, the G5 Gateway, and the three rebate kits — and which kit suits which lock body

Mortice Lock Bodies
The five lock bodies Vault locks are supplied with. The body decides the door preparation and, on rebated double doors, which rebate kit applies — the 5050 body takes the 147mm kit, the three 240mm-face-plate bodies take the 240mm kit, and the Sliding Hook takes none.
Vault 5050 Compact Mortice
50mm backset, 50mm pitch, 147mm face plate. The compact hinged-door mortice option on the Neo, Triton and Prime. On rebated double doors it takes the 147mm rebate kit.
Vault Hinged Swinging Mortice
85mm lock centres. 304 stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance. Suits hinged swinging door applications.
Vault 6068 Mortice
60mm backset, 68mm lock centres. 304 stainless steel. Required for heavy-duty push-pull applications using the standard 6068 case size.
Vault Innovative Mortice
Auto-locking swing door mortice for the Fortress, Fortress Vision and Quantum push-pull locks — 85mm pitch. The 35mm backset body is supplied with the lock; 60mm and 70mm backsets are available separately.
Vault Sliding Hook Mortice
Hook bolt mortice body in 304 stainless steel. Designed for sliding door applications where a hook bolt provides greater security than a standard latch bolt.
Gateways
Vault locks on the Bluetooth platform need the G5 Gateway for any remote access; the Vision models have Wi-Fi built in and do not. See what a gateway does in Chapter 08.
Vault G5 Gateway
Dual-band 2.4GHz + 5GHz WiFi gateway that enables remote access, app-based management, and audit trail functionality for Vault smart locks. Required for any remote locking, unlocking, or time-limited credential management.
Accessories — Rebate Kits
The three Vault rebate kits for rebated double doors — chosen by the lock body on the door, not by the lock model.
Vault Rebate Kits — Which Kit Suits Your Door
A rebate kit converts a Vault lock for a pair of rebated double doors — the hinged pairs where one door leaf overlaps the other and a flat face plate cannot sit flush. Vault sells three kits, and the right one follows the lock body on the door, not the lock model. A Neo on its tubular latch takes the tubular latch kit; the same Neo on its 5050 mortice takes the 147mm kit; an Alpha on its Hinged Euro mortice takes the 240mm kit. Every kit page carries the same three-kit comparison table, and the full set sits in the rebate kits and strikes category.
A single round spring bolt through a small face plate is a tubular latch; a single square bolt through a round bored hole is a deadbolt — both take the Tubular Latch kit. A long rectangular face plate carrying a latch and a bolt is a mortice: about 147mm long is the Vault 5050 mortice (147mm kit); about 240mm long is the Hinged/Swinging Euro, 6068 or Innovative mortice (240mm kit).
Rebate kits are for hinged doors only. A sliding door — any Vault lock on the Sliding Hook mortice, and the Lumina — takes no rebate kit, and neither does a single door or a flush (non-overlapping) pair of doors. Confirm the door type against the door compatibility matrix before ordering.
The 240mm kit is made for a 15mm rebate and the standard 240 x 22mm face plate. If your Hinged mortice was ordered with the optional 210 x 24mm or 290 x 22mm face plate, or your rebate is not 15mm, ask our team before buying — a kit that does not match the plate is one of the common reasons a new smart lock will not latch.
Vault Rebate Kit for 147mm Mortice Locks
For the Vault 5050 mortice only — 50mm backset, 50mm pitch, 147mm face plate — the mortice option on the Neo, Triton and Prime. Stepped stainless steel face plate and rebate strike plate. Not for 240mm mortices, tubular latches or deadbolts.
Vault Rebate Kit for 240mm Mortice Locks
For every Vault mortice with a 240mm face plate — the Hinged/Swinging Euro, 6068 and Innovative mortices under the Alpha, Zenith, Eclipse, Guardian, Guardian Vision, Prime, Titan, Olympus, Fortress, Fortress Vision and Quantum. Strike plate, lock plate and two fixing screws in Dark Gunmetal Steel, for a 15mm rebate.
Vault Rebate Kit for Tubular Latch Locks
For every Vault lock on a tubular latch (the 60mm tubular latch option on the Alpha, Zenith, Eclipse, Guardian, Guardian Vision, Prime, Neo and Triton) or a deadbolt (Nexus, Nexus Vision). Latch face rebate plate, rebate strike box, strike plate and four countersunk screws in stainless steel. Not for any mortice body.
