The ADI ADISCHOMNIPLT is a matched pair of scar plates sized for the Schlage Omnia smart lock. At 330 x 70 x 2mm they sit between the door face and the Omnia's escutcheons, covering the lock preparation along with any holes or marking left behind by the hardware that came off before it.
Most Omnia installations are replacements rather than new doors, and the outgoing lock is rarely prepped in exactly the same footprint. That mismatch is what a scar plate is for. On a commercial refurbishment where a run of doors is being brought onto one system, plates are often specified from the outset so every leaf finishes the same way regardless of what was on it before.
These are made by ADI Security Products, an Australian manufacturer working out of Brooklyn in Victoria and owned by LSC since 2015. They are an aftermarket accessory, not a Schlage part. Can these be cut down to size?
We would not recommend it. Cutting leaves a raw edge that will not match the factory finish and is hard to dress neatly on a visible door face. If 330 x 70mm is not the right size, a different plate is a better answer than modifying this one - the brand guide lists every size we stock.

Will they fit any other lock?
They are sized for the Schlage Omnia and confirmed for nothing else. A 330 x 70mm plate may happen to suit another longplate lock, but we cannot confirm a fit we have not checked. Measure the escutcheon and the area you need covered before ordering, and if you are working with a different lock, look for the plate made for it instead.

A note on the 2mm thickness.
Two plates add 4mm to the effective door thickness where the escutcheons clamp. On most commercial doors that is immaterial, but on a door already at the upper end of the Omnia's stated range it can matter. Measure the leaf, add the plate thickness, and check against the lock's specifications before committing to a run of doors.

How do I check 330 x 70mm covers what I need it to?
Take off the old furniture, or study it in place, and mark the full extent of what has to disappear - every hole, every wear ring, any paint shadow from a longplate. Measure that rectangle. The plate has to clear it on all four sides with room left to fix through. If your marked area runs beyond about 315mm tall or 60mm wide, this plate will be tight. The old lock was a cylindrical knobset. Will this plate cover that prep?
Usually comfortably - a cylindrical prep is a 54mm bore and a smaller edge bore, both of which sit well inside a 330 x 70mm plate. How does this compare to the ADI plate for the Lockwood Cortex?
Different lock, different size. The Cortex 530 plate is 230 x 75 x 1.6mm and comes in satin stainless only; this one is 330 x 70 x 2mm and comes in two finishes. They are not interchangeable - each is cut for its own lock's escutcheon.

Does the plate change anything about how the Omnia works?
Nothing. The plate is passive metal behind the escutcheon. Keypad, Bluetooth, card and key override all behave exactly as they would without it - see the Omnia's access methods. In general terms, satin stainless hides scuffing and fingerprints better on a high-traffic commercial door, while matt black shows both more readily but disappears against dark furniture. On a heavily used entry, satin stainless is the easier finish to live with.

How to Make a Claim

- Contact Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries first. All warranty claims must be initiated through us - contact Gold Coast Smart Locks via our Returns & Warranty page with your order details and a description of the fault.
- Retain proof of purchase. Your invoice or receipt showing the purchase date is required to establish the warranty period.
- Notify within 30 days of discovering the fault. The Snap One warranty requires notice of any non-conformity within 30 days of discovery and within the applicable warranty period.
- Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). If a return is required, a RMA number will be issued. Products must be securely packed and returned within 30 days of the RMA being issued, with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Return freight costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Assessment and outcome. Once a valid claim is received, Snap One will - at their discretion - repair, replace, or refund the product.

The following are not covered under the Snap One Limited Hardware Warranty:
- Damage caused by shipping or delivery services, or by improper opening of product packaging
- Operation, storage, or use outside the environmental and temperature specifications in the product documentation
- Acts of God - including flood, fire, earthquake, lightning, pandemic, or electrical surges
- Unauthorised repair or installation by the customer or a third party
- Accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect
- Use of incompatible devices, accessories, or incorrect voltage, fuses, or circuit breakers
- Interference from radio frequencies, infrared sources, or physical obstacles
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to install, maintain, or repair in accordance with product documentation and applicable law
- Products modified to alter functionality without express written permission from Snap One
- Batteries and consumable parts (unless the damage was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship)
- Cosmetic damage - including scratches, dents, and normal wear
- Products where the serial number has been altered, removed, or defaced
- On-site labour costs for diagnosis, removal, repair, reinstallation, or reprogramming
- Third-party hardware or software, including functionality of third-party products controlled by ADI/Snap One products
- Damage to other property caused by a product not working properly
- Third-party products distributed by ADI/Snap One (these carry only the original manufacturer's warranty, if any)
