ADI LB802-1 2 Point Locking Bar with Internal Lever and External Key Locking

The ADI LB802-1 is a two point horizontal locking bar designed for applications requiring internal egress with controlled external key access.

It combines a single-action internal lever with an external 201 six-pin cylinder, allowing authorised entry while maintaining secure internal operation and a visible lock status indicator.

How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries first. All warranty claims must be initiated through us - contact Gold Coast Smart Locks via our Returns & Warranty page with your order details and a description of the fault.
  2. Retain proof of purchase. Your invoice or receipt showing the purchase date is required to establish the warranty period.
  3. Notify within 30 days of discovering the fault. The Snap One warranty requires notice of any non-conformity within 30 days of discovery and within the applicable warranty period.
  4. Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). If a return is required, a RMA number will be issued. Products must be securely packed and returned within 30 days of the RMA being issued, with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Return freight costs are the customer's responsibility.
  5. Assessment and outcome. Once a valid claim is received, Snap One will - at their discretion - repair, replace, or refund the product.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under the Snap One Limited Hardware Warranty:

  • Damage caused by shipping or delivery services, or by improper opening of product packaging
  • Operation, storage, or use outside the environmental and temperature specifications in the product documentation
  • Acts of God - including flood, fire, earthquake, lightning, pandemic, or electrical surges
  • Unauthorised repair or installation by the customer or a third party
  • Accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect
  • Use of incompatible devices, accessories, or incorrect voltage, fuses, or circuit breakers
  • Interference from radio frequencies, infrared sources, or physical obstacles
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to install, maintain, or repair in accordance with product documentation and applicable law
  • Products modified to alter functionality without express written permission from Snap One
  • Batteries and consumable parts (unless the damage was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship)
  • Cosmetic damage - including scratches, dents, and normal wear
  • Products where the serial number has been altered, removed, or defaced
  • On-site labour costs for diagnosis, removal, repair, reinstallation, or reprogramming
  • Third-party hardware or software, including functionality of third-party products controlled by ADI/Snap One products
  • Damage to other property caused by a product not working properly
  • Third-party products distributed by ADI/Snap One (these carry only the original manufacturer's warranty, if any)

Important Notes

ADI is a distributor, not a manufacturer.
ADI Global Distribution does not itself provide a product warranty. The Snap One Limited Hardware Warranty applies to products manufactured by Snap One, LLC and its family of brands (Control4, Pakedge, Clare, Triad, Wirepath, and others). Third-party products sold through ADI carry only the original manufacturer's warranty, if one exists.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Data backup before service.
Before sending any product for warranty service, back up any stored data or settings and disable any security passwords. Product contents may be deleted and storage media reformatted in the course of warranty service. Recovery of software, programming, or user data is not covered under the warranty.
