The ABUS RL60SCC is an RL series general purpose deadlocking nightlatch featuring an internal snib, designed as a modern replacement solution for rim mounted nightlatches on suitable doors.
The lock is opened by key from the outside and operated internally via the turn knob when not deadlocked. To engage the deadlocking function, the key is rotated 360 degrees, helping to prevent shim attack while still allowing free egress from the inside.
