  • Mechanical components: 10 years
  • Electrical and electronic components: 3 years (excluding batteries)

Cosmetic finishes, batteries, tea staining of stainless steel, normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorised modification, corrosion and labour or freight-related costs are excluded.

  1. Retain proof of original purchase.
  2. If purchased from an authorised retailer or reseller, return the product to that original seller with claim details and proof of purchase.
  3. If claiming direct with ASSA ABLOY, contact customer service first and obtain a Case Number.
  4. Securely package the product and include proof of purchase.
  5. Clearly mark the Case Number on the outside of the packaging for direct claims.
  6. ASSA ABLOY will assess the claim and determine repair, replacement or refund if the warranty applies.
