The Dormakaba KES900Z electric strike is designed to operate reliably in applications where door preload is present due to air pressure, door warping or added seals. It is capable of electrically releasing under up to 35 kg of preload, making it suitable for residential and aluminium framed door installations where consistent latch release is required.
Note: This model is not fire rated and is intended for non fire-rated door applications.
