Bolt and door positions must be monitored, with an integrated reed switch provided in the strike plate. Electronics must provide up to 8 lock/unlock attempts, 8 second unlock delay, automatic relock, power reduction circuitry, and a one-time thermal fuse cut-out. Face plate and strike plate must be stainless steel.
