- Electronic Components: Where products include electronic or battery-powered components, a 3-year electronic warranty applies. Batteries are excluded from warranty coverage.
- PADDE & Electric Mortice Locks: A 5-year warranty applies to PADDE electric strikes and Lockwood electric mortice locks.
- Keys & Cylinders: Supplied keys carry a 12-month warranty. Cylinders are covered under Lockwood’s general mechanical warranty terms.

- Natural surface changes such as “tea staining” on stainless steel if cleaning schedules are not maintained.
- Products modified outside Lockwood’s specifications.
