FSH FEL990 Electric Mortice Lock – 4 Hour Fire Rated
The FSH FEL990 Series Electric Mortice Lock is a multi-functional access control lock designed for commercial, institutional, and high-security applications. The platform supports fail safe or fail secure operation, vestibule or combination locking modes, and integrates with electronic access control systems including keypads, card readers, intercoms, and key switches.

Yes. The lock can be configured on site for either fail safe or fail secure operation.
Does the FEL990 include a cylinder?
No. The lock is supplied less cylinder.
Is the monitored version required for access control systems?
Monitoring is recommended where door status, lock status or REX signals are required by the access control system.
Additional Information
- Cylinder must be installed using the supplied retaining screw only.
- Latch bolt must not be retracted through the cylinder hole to avoid damage to internal circuitry.
- LED wiring must be swapped when configuring the lock for fail secure operation.
