  • The Cylinder Dogging device is a simple mechanism designed to hold the push bar in the open position. Ideal for applications where access to the premises can be selected at any time and providing for a common thorough fare door. The Cylinder Dogging device can be ordered inclusive with the FLUID Exit Device or can be supplied as an optional accessory.
  • With the innovative locking mechanism integral to the FLUID Exit range, the latches are always retained behind their strike plate providing a positive latched state to the door as all times. The Cylinder Dogging option will not change the state of latch and for this reason, we are able to provide this option as successfully tested on fire doors for the first time.

Finish Coverage Icon Finish Coverage Guide

  • Everbrass finishes: up to 25 years against corrosion, tarnishing and discolouration.
  • Stainless steel, polished stainless steel, chrome plating and anodised finishes: typically up to 10 years.
  • Decorative finishes including Antique Copper, Architectural Bronze, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Aged Brass, Polished Brass, Satin Brass and related variants: typically up to 2 years against corrosion.
  • Unlacquered brass finishes will naturally age and change appearance over time. This is not considered a defect.
  • Tea staining of stainless steel is not covered where cleaning and maintenance have not been followed.

  1. Retain proof of original purchase.
  2. Return the product through the original place of purchase where applicable.
  3. If claiming directly, obtain a case number before returning goods.
  4. Products must be securely packed and clearly identified.
  5. Warranty assessment determines repair, replacement or refund.

Lockwood warranties operate in addition to rights available under the Australian Consumer Law. Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Customers may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Where a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not amount to a major failure, the customer is entitled to repair or replacement.
