Specification Statement: The ES6000 hook lock shall operate under up to 300 kg of pre-load pressure and provide at least 680–700 kg static holding force. The lock shall support multi-voltage 12–30 VDC input with back EMF and reverse polarity protection, and be mountable vertically or horizontally. The lock must be tested to a minimum of 250,000 cycles and achieve 500,000 cycles in internal testing.

  • Everbrass finishes: up to 25 years against corrosion, tarnishing and discolouration.
  • Stainless steel, polished stainless steel, chrome plating and anodised finishes: typically up to 10 years.
  • Decorative finishes including Antique Copper, Architectural Bronze, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Aged Brass, Polished Brass, Satin Brass and related variants: typically up to 2 years against corrosion.
  • Unlacquered brass finishes will naturally age and change appearance over time. This is not considered a defect.
  • Tea staining of stainless steel is not covered where cleaning and maintenance have not been followed.
