Lockwood 25 Year Mechanical Warranty covers mechanical components and workmanship under normal use and correct installation.
Electronic and electrical components are covered for 3 years (PADDE & electric mortice locks 5 years, batteries excluded).
Keys are covered for 12 months.
Finish warranty varies by finish type and exposure — e.g. Everbrass 25 years; Stainless/Chrome/Anodised 10 years; PVD/VIVID 10 years; Symmetry range 5 years; decorative finishes such as bronze, antique and powdercoat 2 years (natural brass ageing excluded).
Warranty excludes misuse, improper installation, modification, or failure to maintain as specified.
