Lockwood 282 Series Emergency Turn Round Escutcheon
The Lockwood 282 Series Emergency Turn Round Escutcheon provides an internal privacy turn with an external emergency release slot, allowing locked doors such as bathrooms or bedrooms to be opened from the outside in emergency situations.
Designed to complement Lockwood rose furniture, the 282 escutcheon is typically paired with Lockwood lever sets and used with Lockwood 3570 and 3770 series mortice locks or the Lockwood 5250 tubular latch.
The emergency release mechanism allows external access using a coin or flat tool while maintaining normal privacy locking from the inside. Concealed fixing ensures a clean architectural appearance with no visible screw heads.
